A. Serial port problem

Compared with the normal machine, the serial port line sequence is correct. The common signal lines are 2 reversed. Problem, the above is normal and can be judged as a touch bar problem
B.USB touch problem
The serial port touch is normal: touch the software tool to check that the USB touch device is not recognized, and check the computer properties to check that there is no available touch device, check whether the touch cable connection is normal, and check the OPS computer to confirm whether the USB interface driver is normal.
The touch line is directly connected to the computer to see if there is a touch, if there is no touch, it is basically a touch bar problem.
